Who to contact
AquaPay Corporation, 39 Broadway, Suite 650, New York, NY 10006. For questions about an inquiry or your information, email info@aquapayusa.com or call +1 (347) 236-4043.
What an inquiry includes
The inquiry form asks for your name, business name, email address, phone number, business type, optional estimated monthly card volume, area of interest and message. Do not include payment-card numbers, bank-account details, SSNs, tax IDs or identity documents. A separate approved application workflow is required for sensitive onboarding information.
How the request is sent
When the button says “Prepare email request,” information stays in the form until you choose to open an email draft. Your email application handles sending, and you must review and send the message yourself. The website does not claim to have delivered that request.
When direct online submission is enabled, the form sends your inquiry to AquaPay using an email delivery service. Anti-abuse verification and a short-lived request limit may process technical information, including your IP address. The rate limit uses a hash of the address and expires after a short interval. The website does not use inquiry contents in advertising analytics.
Why the information is used
AquaPay uses your inquiry to respond, understand your business needs and discuss relevant merchant services. Providing an inquiry does not create a merchant account or grant approval. Service providers may process information to host the website, deliver email or protect the form from abuse.
Retention and requests
Inquiry messages are handled in AquaPay’s business email or approved customer-management workflow. To request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry, contact info@aquapayusa.com. Information may need to be retained where required for legal or business-record obligations.
